Helkal’, bred by Johannes Parksepp. The cross made in 1964: seedling of breeder 67-60-12 (‘Golden Queen’ × ‘Spirina Belaja’) × ‘Novost Kuzmina’. Registered as new cultivar since 22.03.2004.

Fruit: midseason, orange yellow, big (average 3.5 g), round conical, druplets cohering firmly, an excellent taste.

Bush: moderately strong, produces numerous erect canes, which are light green, covered thickly with spines; fruitingcanes are light brown. Winter hardy, rather resistant to cane blight and moderately susceptible to anthracnoce.
