‘Polli Viljakas’ is bred at the Polli Horticultural Research Centre by Julius Eslon and Arthur Jaama. The cross ‘Skorospelka Krasnaja’ × ‘Emma Leppermann’ was made in 1951. Application for registration registered 05.03.2004, variety is in DUS (registration trials).

Ripening time: midseason.

Plum is large, oval. The skin is greenish yellow, overspread with dark lilac. The flesh is yellow, firm, juicy, sweet and sour, tasty, freestone.

Tree is medium vigorous, with a spreading crown, a very good bearer, partially self-fertile. Pollinizers are ‘Julius’ and ‘Vilnor’. Winter hardy. Disease resistance is good.
