‘Talvenauding’ is bred at the Polli Horticultural Research Center by Aleksander Siimon. The cross ‘Åkerö’ × ‘Streifling Herbst’ was made in 1946. Variety is registered since 05.07.2001

Winter cultivar: consumption period lasts from November to March.

Fruit is medium, conic, strongly ribbed. The skin is greenish yellow, covered with brownish red stripes. The flesh is greenish white, with medium firmness, juicy, with a spicy subacid taste. For storage it must be picked when the ground colour is still greenish. Good resistance to most diseases.

Tree is medium vigorous, round-topped, good crontch angles, precocious, with high productivity. Winter hardy. Suitable for organic growing.
