Sidrunkollane taliõun

Malus domestica Borkh.

‘Sidrunkollane Taliõun’ is bred by Aleksander Siimon. Hybrid of ‘Antonovka’ × ‘Åkerö’ in 1946. Registered on 05.07.2001.

Winter season cultivar: October – February. Fruit medium to large, ovate, ribbed. Yellowish green fruits have no overcolour. The flesh is greenish yellow, juicy, with a mild spicy subacid taste, strongly aromatic. Fruits drop rather easily. Medium susceptibility to apple scab.

Tree is vigorous, precocious, well productive, the upright spreading sparse crown. Shoots grow at a good angle from the stem, in spite of that they have brittle, easily breaking limbs.
