Sügisrõõm

Malus domestica Borkh.

‘Sügisrõõm’ is bred by Uno Kivistik. The original tree is growing in the farmstead orchard of Roogoja in Harjumaa county. It was grown from the seed of the open pollinated (1956) seedling of ‘Pepinka Litowska’. Registered as cultivar on 19.12.2006.

Autumn season cultivar: consumption from October to February.

Fruit is of medium size, ovate. Whitish yellow ground colour is covered with light red. The fl esh is fi rm, juicy, sweet and sour. Table apple.

Tree is medium vigour, spreading, precocious, productive. Winter hardy.
